Restaurants - Anacapri - Agorà

The Agorà restaurant is situated in Anacapri, in the picturesque piazzetta of Caprile. Clients are greeted in the American Bar, where to partake un an aperitif, a flute of prosecco, or a glass of Capri's real ale, this latter brewed by the owner and publican, Mirko Brunetti, himself. Wine enthusiasts will want to visit Agorà's cellar, where an exhaustive selection of Italian wines is housed.

The restaurant menu offers a great variety of dishes, and features both regional and international specialities. The South American grill is, without doubt, the major protagonist. Fresh fish, seafood and an excellent selection of prime meats are prepared in the kitchen, which is visible from the dining room. Wonderful succulent meats are accompanied by a choice of salts, including Italian salts of Salina and Cervia, Danish smoked salt, Himalayan pink salt and Hawaiian red and black salts.

The Agorà is also a pizzeria, offering traditional pizza cooked in a wood burning oven situated right in the center of the dining room. Tapas and tasty panini are available fro those looking for a quick snack.
