Capri 'The Bays' - Capri

Built in the early 1900's, as a hunting lodge, "The Bays" is surrounded by extensive grounds featuring a century old pine wood and gardens planted with beautiful Mediterranean flowers and plants, enjoying fabulous views out over the island of Capri and the Gulf of Naples.

The external area has four terraces furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a dining area with large table for up to 14 guests, and a 100sqm. solarium with sun loungers, tables and an outside shower.
The main building is comprised of a large living-dining room with table to accommodate up to ten guests, a second living room with open fireplace, and large kitchen. The house sleeps 7 in three bedrooms: one king bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one triple room each with its own private bathroom. Magnificent panoramic terraces connect to the building.
The villa has 3 television sets, 1 with satellite channels, fridge, oven and has sufficient house hold furnishings and utensils for a large number of guests.

The dependance, a charming little cottage within the same estate and 15 mt from the main house has a large bedroom with a king bed and additional single bed, bathroom, and fully fitted kitchen.
In total villa and dependance can guest 10 sleeps.
The building and its interior decoration reflect the traditional style of Capri. Furnishings and house hold equipment are all of the highest quality. The property is built of three levels and is not suitable for those who have difficulty walking.
A minium stay of 1 week is required. The property is not available for partial rent.
