Bed & Breakfast Monticello enjoys a superb location; a pleasant, ten minute walk away from the picturesque historic center of Anacapri, just off the road leading to Capri's world-famous Grotta Azzurra.
The bed & breakfast, which has only recently been opened, occupies a traditional island home characterized by spacious, light-filled rooms overlooking lush Mediterranean gardens. The three attractive guest bedrooms, each with private bathroom, are all simply furnished in typical island style. Two of the rooms also have their own small terrace.
Guests staying at Bed & Breakfast Monticello have the opportunity to relax in the large garden surrounding the property. A terrace solarium provides the ideal spot where to sunbathe or chat amongst friends over a drink. A private parking area is available for those traveling by car.
Bed & Breakfast Monticello is open all year.
Location
The bed & breakfast Monticello is situated within easy walking distance of the historic center of Anacapri (10 minutes), on a road which leads to the archaeological site of Villa Damecuta and the Grotta Azzurra. Close to Monticello there is a bus stop from where to catch services to the beaches of Gradola, located right next to the Grotta Azzurra, the Faro lighthouse, the center of Capri, the Piazzetta, and the bay of Marina Piccola.
