Giorgio Garella, member of the "International Personal trainers Association", is the only personal trainer in Capri to have attained qualifications by the Italian Fitness Federation and the European Fitness Association. He has also been awarded diplomas in several fitness fields including Body Building Training. His 20 years of experience make him the ideal candidate as personal trainer for power pump, fit box and other fitness disciplines.
Giorgio, who practices sports such as triatholon and long distance running on an amateur level, is also available for less conventional fitness activities, such as tours around the island by bike or canoe, cross country running with individuals or in groups - all activities which allow clients to work out and at the same time explore some of the most enchanting places on the island of Capri.
Garella's passion for his work leads him to continually update his knowledge of the fitness industry, via the participation in trade shows and medical sports conventions and his contacts with some of the most eminent American and Australian trainers, experts who have encouraged him to study the latest trend in the world of fitness - "Bodymind", which comprises basic Pilates, Yogaflex and Powerstretching.
Naomi Campbell, Dolce e Gabbana, and Keanu Reeves are just a few of the celebrities to have chosen Giorgio for their daily workouts. Garella is also available for nutrition training service.
