La Pergola
Surrounded by a beautifully kept garden and sweet scented lemon grove, La Pergola provides the perfect setting for every season with a large terrace restaurant for up to 150 people offering splendid views over the Piazzetta, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, and an air conditioned conservatory which becomes a delightful winter garden in low season with a seating capacity for 60 guests.
The Pergola's cuisine uses the organic ingredients from the restaurant's own vegetable garden and the freshest seafood. The Pergola prides itself on its wonderful home made pasta and deliciously light lemon soufflés. The extensive wine list includes all the best Italian labels with particular emphasis on those coming from the Campagnia region.
La Pergola - Location
Located just a few steps from the Piazzetta, right after the main bus stop on Via Roma. Take the steps near the post office where the road Via Lo Palazzo begins. It will lead to "Palazzo Canale", which, during the war between France and England in the early 1800s when the English occupied the island, became the quarter generally called "Palazzo degli Inglesi" (Palazzo of the English).
