The pizzeria and osteria a-Ma-Re Capri is part of the 5-star hotel Jumeirah Capri Palace. It's located on the terraces of the Nettuno Beach Club in Gradola, overlooking the sea of the Blue Grotto.

Signature pizzas by the sea

The pizza offering is the result of a collaboration with Pizzaingrammi, a celebrated concept whose roots go back to the historic Puntonave restaurant (1985), with an identity built since 2018 around lightness, craftsmanship, and conviviality. Using highly hydrated doughs, long natural leavening, and carefully sourced ingredients, each creation enhances traditional techniques while preserving their authenticity.

A standout specialty is the "Grotta Azzurra" pizza, double-cooked, first fried then baked, topped with red prawn tartare, Puglian buffalo stracciatella, grey mullet bottarga, lemon zest, and crystallised basil.

The culinary offering is led by Resident Chef Nicola Giovanni Maiello and Executive Chef Salvatore Elefante, who reinterpret the great classics of Neapolitan tradition. Not to be missed: a reinterpretation of the classic 'o pere e 'o musso ritual, served with seafood salad and yellow lupini beans, and the Mafalda pasta with tomato sauce, ricotta, and Parmigiano, finished tableside for a convivial, hands-on dining experience.
