Guests access the reception area by a comfortable flight of stairs, which leads to a fully equipped living area. The sitting room is furnished with two bench seats and a 77-inch international satellite TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie after a day of exploring the island. Next to the living room is a spacious dining room, which can accommodate up to five individual tables. When necessary, the tables can be joined to create an impressive single table, ideal for convivial lunches and dinners.

One of the most fascinating features of this area is the large arched window, which lets in lots of light and offers a panoramic view of the park and the island of Capri. From the dining room guests have direct access to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything needed for preparing delicious dishes independently: four burners, an oven, a ventilation hood, a single-bowl sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, a wine cellar with a 32-bottle capacity, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee machine with pods, and a full set of kitchen utensils.

Immersive experience in natural beauty

The dining room opens onto a special room called an orangery, which serves as a passageway to the outdoors. This room, equipped with an internet connection, can also be used as a work or study space. What makes the orangerie truly unique are the two large windows that offer a scenic view: on one side you can admire the sun setting over the sea, while on the other you can enjoy the natural beauty of Mount Solaro.

Surrounded by nature

The dining and relaxation area leads to a wonderful panoramic terrace equipped with tables and chairs, which offers a breathtaking view of Mount Solaro and the sea of Capri. This is the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor breakfast or simply relax while taking in the scenery. To make the experience even more pleasant, guests have access to a 5-seater hydromassage tub to relax and regenerate immersed in full tranquility.

The Maiuri L'Olivella residence is surrounded by a 2,000 square-meter park with olive trees, carob trees, holm oaks, and other typical Mediterranean flora. This green space offers guests the opportunity to completely immerse themselves in nature, for a restorative and peaceful experience. The outdoor spaces also include a solarium area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for sunbathing and enjoying the island's rejuvenating warmth. There is also a BBQ area that's perfect for outdoor grilling on sunny days. Please note that pets are not allowed in the house.

The Maiuri L'Olivella residence has a total of six double bedrooms, which can accommodate up to twelve people in all. Four of the bedrooms are on the first floor, while the remaining two are on the second. Three of the rooms boast spectacular sea views, while the others enjoy lovely garden views.

The furnishings and decorations throughout the residence reflect Capri's unique island culture and archaeology. The stylistic choices, colors, and furnishings in each room were all carefully curated to evoke these themes.

All bedrooms are equipped with a private bathroom with shower (except the "Villa Jovis" room which is equipped with a bathtub), double bed, blackout curtains, minibar, safe, 44-inch satellite TV with international channels, A/C, heat, and hair dryer. For guests' convenience, a professional maid service is available 6 hours a day, which includes room cleaning and general tidying up. An Italian breakfast is offered and concierge assistance is available at check-in and check-out.
