Air conditioning not working. Told it’s good enough.

Beautiful hotel newly renovated room. Air conditioning is not working properly. It was 23.5 degrees despite our requests to fix it. They told us it was good enough for them and offered me a fan. Paying over $1000 a night here and a fan to try to cool our room is not enough. This is our 4th hotel this trip in Italy. All of them have been great service, welcoming, had a room ready early, great concierge and provided info on the hotel except this one. This one is the most expensive and a disappointment so far. A shame for such a beautiful and centrally located hotel.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel with a group of friends and we had a great time. First of all, the location is spectacular, on the luxury shopping street. We had a triple room on the top floor with a wonderful sea view. We found everything very well-kept and clean. The staff was very kind. I would definitely return.

Great but old bathrooms

The location is to die for, in the middle of capri and you can pretty much can go walking everywhere and its surrounded by shops and restaurants. Also their lemon terrace is extremely beautiful! My 4 out of 5 is because the rooms are outdated and for this price point you cannot have bathrooms this old.
