Is the Blue Grotto visit guaranteed during the boat tour?
The visit to the Blue Grotto is possible during the boat tour around Capri, but it is not guaranteed: it depends on sea conditions and the wait time at the entrance. The ticket is not included and must be paid for separately on site.
The tour always includes a complete island tour with panoramic views; the stop at the Grotto is only possible if the wait does not exceed 45 minutes. In high season, the wait can be up to 2 hours. If entry is not possible, the tour of the island continues as usual. When conditions permit, it is possible to return at a later time with a dedicated transfer at no additional cost.
What happens if the sea conditions are rough?
If sea conditions are rough, the skipper may adjust the route or exclude the Blue Grotto stop for safety reasons. Coastal navigation may still take place if conditions allow. When grotto access is not possible, the tour continues as a complete panoramic cruise around the island. All decisions are made on the day based on actual sea conditions.
Is it possible to cancel the booking?
The booking allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. The voucher can be used within 20 days of the date entered during the booking process.
