Blue Grotto Transport: simply the best!

  1. The best way to see Capri by sea if you're pressed for time
  2. No reservations required
  3. Non-stop departures

When visiting the island of Capri in Italy, one experience not to be missed is a trip around the island by sea, during which you can discover all of its most beautiful and picturesque marine sights, including the majestic Faraglioni rock formations and the hauntingly mysterious Blue Grotto.

Upon disembarking at Marina Grande, head to Pier 23 and hop aboard one of Laser Capri's boats to immediately begin exploring the island by sea. With Laser Capri there are non-stop departures all day every half hour.

The stops along the trip of the island by sea include all the most breathtaking along Capri's coastline: from Marina Grande, the trip continues to the Grotta Bianca sea cave and the Arco Naturale stone arch, passes the Faraglioni rock formations, and rounds the Punta Carena lighthouse, with a stop at the Blue Grotto.

Tour not what was promised and no responsibility taken by the company

We were told we would go inside the green grotto and never event went near there. We just went around the island and drove by the white grotto and blue grotto. After we were done, we told the company what happened and asked for a refund, which they denied. They said they are third party seller and had no control over the tours. The tour itself was entertaining but it was very disappointing to not see the green grotto because the only reason we did this tour was blue grotto was closed due to high tide.

book a boat but you will arrive by train

we paid €98 for a tourist service. we take the motorboat on the way there from the Port of Portici, the staff not at all friendly. upon arrival at the port of Capri, we were told to show up for boarding at 4:10 PM and we did exactly as we were told. The staff made us board the boat after tearing the tickets... but they dropped us off in Sorrento. I cannot know if the motorboat would have continued the route after Sorrento to Portici, I believe that is the role of the staff, especially at the price of the service sold. Furthermore, I find it absolutely unprofessional and anti-commercial to be dumped at the port in a rude manner in the seventh month of pregnancy, being told to take the bus and the train... I advise against this company. which then tries to sell you other tours at very high prices. Furthermore, when you ask for a refund of the return price, they deny it, saying that everything was written on the ticket... but even their staff is unable to read it

The return to the island is beautiful. Deception regarding the blue grotto. They sell you the visit to the cave and do not even attempt to get close. To be able to see it, you have to go on a private boat

Quoted €25 per person but charged €35

The seller told me the price was €25 per person for the one-hour Capri island tour. For two people, the agreed total was €50. At approximately 3:25 pm on 6 July 2026, before the 3:30 pm departure, he charged €70 to my card—€35 per person—without informing me. No receipt or POS slip was provided. I have clear card-transaction evidence showing a €70 payment to Laser Capri. Tourists should check the card-terminal amount before paying and request a receipt.
