Villa Magia’s high-touch hospitality, immaculate property management, and guest-centric approach are unforgettable. From the moment you arrive, it's evident that Villa Magia is focused on the guest. They personally show you during the check-in process and answer any questions. Throughout the stay you will find a team member, or can contact them at any point on your journey. In the morning, I got up at 5am. And a dog's bark was the only sound that echo'ed throughout Positano. It was fantastic and so memorable. Cleanliness is a philosophy. The property is immaculately maintained, and you can see the results of a disciplined housekeeping program. Not a tile is out of place, not a surface shows wear, and the balcony’s are spotless. You do not see this level of dedication at the Ritz Carlton properties. This is rare even among elite properties and speaks to the mindset of the owners and team member culture. The bespoke breakfasts is fantastic. Dinner was a bit pricey for the quantify of food. It feels more like a Michelin restaurant which to me was not ideal. If the pricing was a bit lower, I would have had more quantity from the restaurant over the stay. But the quality of food was fantastic and we had a ton of laughs during the meal and after. The stairs are great for those who love a good workout. And if you are really into exercise I would suggest taking the bus to the highest stop in Praiano and hiking the Path of the Gods all the way back to Positano. My wife and I did it. It has some deadly cliffs, but it was a great workout.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa even though there was only two of us - but that was all that was available a couple of weeks before we did our Italian road trip tour. So pleased we stayed here for 4 nights - breathtaking views, first class accommodation and impeccable service. We were given a phone on arrival that we could use at any time to call or wapp the staff. Any requests were swiftly dealt with. Staff are amazing! We got to know quite a few of them and they loved doing a “Rooney”! The breakfast delivered to our villa every morning was just the best! Everything you would like to eat is available on their extensive menu. Location is in a great spot and we ventured out each day.

We want to make a special thank you for the best and most helpful staff in making our vacation one to remember forever. The hotel itself was excellent, the views, the food, and all of the staff were spectacular. A special shout out to Giuseppe and Valentina for going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable at all times. It’s hard to find people that are so caring and have their heart in their job. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Positano. The personalized breakfast was amazing, the night time restaurant outside with unbelievable views all 5 star.

The nicest hotel we've stayed in. The views of the Amalfi Coast are breathtaking from the hotel. The hotel sits high on the cliffs in Positano and has the most dramatic views. It's the only hotel we've stayed in where the service is even more outstanding than the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton chains. It's that good!!! Very friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Nice breakfast that is served on a terrace or in your room. We also ordered room service for lunch and the food was outstanding. A truly impeccable hotel and great experience.
