We had a wonderful stay at Capri Tiberio Palace, and what stood out most was the consistently high level of service and attention throughout our entire stay. We arrived at around 7:30PM, and rather than having us go through the usual check-in process in the lobby, the team escorted us directly to our room and completed the check-in there. After a long day of travelling, it was such a thoughtful touch and made the arrival feel very relaxed and personal. The hotel also arranged our private transfers, which were completely seamless. From being met at the train station, assisted through the port and brought to the hotel on arrival, to our departure transfer back to the airport, everything was extremely well coordinated. Having someone there to assist with our luggage throughout made travelling to and from Capri so much easier. The concierge team was equally excellent. They helped us organise a private yacht as well as restaurant reservations during our stay, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Another very nice touch was the complimentary cable car tickets provided by the hotel, which also allowed us to skip the queue. This was especially convenient in Capri and made getting around that little bit easier. It is these thoughtful details, together with the genuinely attentive service, that made the stay memorable. The team managed to make everything feel effortless without ever being overly formal or intrusive. A beautiful hotel, but above all, an exceptionally well-run one with a team that truly understands hospitality. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Capri.

We’ve been to Capri many times and previously stayed at the Punta Tragara or Quisisana hotels. At friend’s recommendation we decided to stay at the Tiberio Palace on our last trip and it didn’t disappoint! It’s a beautifully designed hotel, perfectly located close to the center and yet subtly removed from the hustle and bustle of the main through ways. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the Chantecler Suite which was nothing short of breathtaking. Very spacious, meticulously designed and furnished, with separate bedroom, living room and the bathroom the size of many hotel rooms. To top it off, the suite opened up to a patio with chairs and sun beds. In a word - spectacular! The staff at the hotel was most gracious and accommodating. Special mention belongs to Francesco, the head Concierge. All of our pre-arrival arrangements were handled promptly and with utmost care. If your travels bring you to Capri, I highly recommend this property. Lastly, it’s just steps away from popular restaurants like Aurora and Luce.

I returned to this wonderful establishment two years after my first stay. What can I say, if I had a great time in 2024, this time everything was even more perfect. The staff is among the best I have ever seen, truly a 10 out of 10; the location is stunning, the room is beautiful and impeccably clean, the common areas are postcard-perfect, but above all, the breakfast is amazing, with the freshest products and top-quality ingredients. The best place for a dream vacation in Capri. Highly recommended!
