What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before the booked date, receiving a full refund. Cancellations with less than 3 days' notice result in loss of the entire amount. Weather-related cancellations carry no penalties.
What happens if the weather or sea conditions are bad?
The service depends on sea and weather conditions, as navigation takes place in open water between Naples and Capri. In case of rough seas or adverse conditions, an alternative departure or a full refund may be offered. Staff constantly monitors forecasts and will contact you in advance to reschedule if needed. Cancellations due to weather carry no penalties.
Are there extra charges for luggage?
One bag per person is included, up to 100x80x30 cm and 32 kg. Extra or oversized bags cost €20 each. Transport of luggage from the Capri center taxi stand to your hotel is not included and paid directly to the concierge, though staff will assist with coordination.
