Unique Experience in Capri: Afternoon Boat Tour with Swimming and Blue Grotto

We had a very lovely boat ride and the captain was very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the patience the guide had with us as we were running a little behind. Thank you so much!

Pickup and minibus were fine. Air-conditioning on the bus. Very difficult to hear the guide though. A better microphone or speaker is required. The queues st Pompeii were huge as many cruise liners had recently docked. One of my friends had mobility problems and could only complete the first ten minutes of the guided tour. The booking agent should ask about this as they wasted a lot of money. We did the whole tour which was great but very tiring. Too many people queuing everywhere. A long walk back to the minibus which again wasn't great for my friend.

Pick up was good but the first mini bus was a bit old. We were taken to a cameo factory/shop first which was not on the itinerary and not necessary. The guide at Pompeii rushed us round and was going past things like the Basilica which many of us wanted to see. Lunch was OK with no hard sell at the vineyard. The tour of Herculaneum was much better, the 2nd guide took her time and explained everything more slowly and clearly. I feel Pompeii deserved more time as I can't really remember anything about it.

My wife and I enjoyed the cooking class. We made gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, and tiara miso. The chef and staff were fun and nice.
