Is lunch included in the price?
No, lunch in Nerano is not included in the tour price. The boat stops at the fishing village of Nerano, where you can choose the restaurant you prefer. It is recommended to reserve a table in advance.
Is hotel pick-up service included?
Hotel pick-up is included only if you depart from Sorrento and stay in the areas of Massa Lubrense, Sorrento, Sant'Agnello, Piano, or Meta. For departures from Capri, Positano, or Vico Equense, you need to reach the port on your own.
How far in advance can I cancel without penalties?
Free cancellation is available up to 7 full days before the scheduled start time of the service (local time). After this deadline, a 100% payment of the cost of the service is required.
What happens in case of bad weather?
The tour can be canceled without penalty in the event of adverse weather or sea conditions. You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date based on availability. Sea conditions are assessed by the skipper on the day, so we recommend staying in touch with the supplier the morning of departure.
Is it possible to visit the Blue Grotto during the tour?
The Blue Grotto is optional and not included in the tour price. Access isn't guaranteed because the grotto closes during rough seas or strong winds, conditions that can change throughout the day. During high season, waiting times to enter can exceed 2 hours due to the high number of visitors. If you want to visit, you'll need to pay the ticket at the entrance.
Can I go ashore in Capri during the tour?
Yes, the tour includes the option to disembark in Capri and visit the island by land. You'll have free time to walk around the center of Capri or Anacapri, shop, or visit attractions. The landing fee at Marina Grande is not included in the tour price.
Is there a toilet on board?
Yes, the boat is equipped with a toilet. You'll also find a private cabin where you can change comfortably.
Are swimming stops included during the tour?
Yes, the tour includes several stops for swimming in the crystal-clear waters around Capri. The skipper chooses the best spots based on sea conditions, often in sheltered coves. Beach towels and snorkeling equipment are included on board, so you can fully enjoy each stop.
