Capri Group Boat Tour: 3 Hours with Snorkeling and Aperitif

Did this tour today and I had fun. Our guide was Luigi and Anna, they were super nice and accommodating. They let us swim and I really enjoyed it. We were just a small group, there were 7 of us. We had snacks and drinks. The boat was clean. I just didn’t expect the ride to be bumpy but Luigi and Anna tried their best to make it less nauseating. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers like me! Thank you!

A total rip-off! They don’t deliver what they advertise. We booked a private service — not a tour — and this is what we got: • No towels • No snorkel gear • No welcome drinks • No champagne • “Snacks” that are absolute trash • Drinks rationed and barely offered: one bottle of prosecco and one of limoncello for the entire trip • A captain who barely speaks English The operator is called SEE YOU ABOARD — keep that in mind. When we boarded, we were received by someone cold, hard to communicate with, and offering zero welcome. I quickly realized drinks would not be offered unless requested — and when I asked, he handled them as if they were coming out of his own pocket. The “snacks” were fifty-cent fried junk, and even those were being held back until we reached Amalfi, because — and I quote — “otherwise they’d run out.” This is simply outrageous. Other operators right here on the Amalfi Coast deliver a far superior experience. I watched Luxury Tours serve their guests impeccably, on smaller boats no less. When I complained to the agency, their response was even more disappointing. They tried to gaslight me, claiming the listing never said “unlimited drinks and snacks.” True — but it also never mentioned any restrictions. They were more interested in being right than making things right. It felt like arguing with a five-year-old who got caught misbehaving and still refuses to admit it. My issue was never about the money. I simply wanted what I paid for — and if anything cost extra, I would have gladly paid. What a shame.

We had an amazing private boat tour today with Luigi and Anna. They were warm, professional, and made the whole day feel easy and special from start to finish. The boat was super clean and comfortable, and they took great care of us throughout the trip. Luigi is an excellent skipper, very experienced and attentive, and Anna was so friendly and helpful. They showed us the stunning Amalfi Coast, gave us great recommendations, and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the views, swim, relax, and explore. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you, Luigi and Anna, for such a wonderful and memorable day on the water. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time on our boat tour. The tour guides were polite, friendly, and solicitous. They offered drinks and light snacks. We loved being on the water and seeing Positano, Sorrento, and Capri from that viewpoint. We were also given the opportunity to get lunch and go shopping in Capri, which gave us the opportunity to get to experience the island. The tour guides also recommended the Ristorante de Gemma, a terrific restaurant with a waterfront view.
