Bianca offers al fresco rooftop dining at the Hotel La Palma by the Oetker Collection. Once the sun dips below the horizon, this is the place to meet for a dinner with one of the innovative dishes on the gourmet menu.

The name of the restaurant is a tribute to Bianca Volpata, a celebrated 1950s socialite who made a name for herself as a star of the jet-set summer lifestyle on Capri. She was immortalized in photographs by society photographer Slim Aarons, who best captured the spirit of the 1950s Dolce Vita on Capri.

Bianca Rooftop Carne & Crudo is located in the very heart of the island, with a view of the domes of the Basilica of Santo Stefano and the sea in the distance, just a stone's throw from the Piazzetta and practically "upstairs" from the famed Anema e Core nightclub.

At the restaurant bar, expert mixologists prepare famous classics and signature cocktails whose names recall celebrated visitors of the past: the Bella Carmelina, Gemma, and Pablo Neruda.

The kitchen offers diners refined dishes from the menu curated by two-star Michelin Chef Gennaro Esposito. These contemporary recipes have an eclectic flavor, and can be enjoyed any time of the evening, even late.
