It all began with the renowned Gennarino, who discovered the statues inside the Blue Grotto. His passion led him to introduce tourists to Capri's natural beauty, back when people were still using rowboats. Nowadays the company continues this tradition headed by Wendy (Gennarino's daughter), who—together with a team of young sailors who are experts at the helm—welcomes tourists from all over the world, giving them the opportunity to admire and enjoy Capri's beauty.

Meeting Point

Marina Grande
Capri Whales excursions departing from Marina Grande meet at the Gennarino and Wendy shop (see map), easily spotted by its yellow awning, right next to the funicular.
The shop sells swimsuits for men, women, and children, as well as towels, sunscreen, hats, beach bags, and more. So if you need to pick something up for your day at sea, you can always buy it just before the tour!
The shop also offers a restroom where you can comfortably change before and after your excursion.

Marina Piccola
Capri Whales also has an office in Marina Piccola, on the steps to the beach, right under the church and bus station on via Mulo 53.
