Onestamente questo ristorante ti imbroglia a dir poco. Capisco che siamo a Capri,proprio di fronte al mare,infatti la location è stupenda,però sicuramente per il cibo e il prezzo non ne vale la pena. I camerieri si comprano tutti da “fighetti”: infatti appena siamo arrivati ci hanno subito squadrati come per dire “questi qua sono poveracci”. Anche mentre mangiavamo ci sentivamo costantemente giudicati. Onestamente sembra un “finto locale per persone ricche”. I prezzi sono esageratissimi. Minimo 30 euro per un misero antipasto. Noi siamo rimasti scioccati da quei prezzi. Alla fine abbiamo preso la cosa che costava di meno,perché altrimenti avremmo dovuto spendere 60/70 euro a testa per mangiare o un primo o un secondo. Voi potrete pensare: “Il cibo di qualità si paga”. Onestamente è 100 volte meglio il cibo di un piccolo locale di Napoli. Abbiamo preso il fritto misto,il cameriere ci aveva rassicurati dicendo che le porzioni erano abbondanti. In realtà le porzioni erano davvero misere: 4 gamberi fritti piccoli e 6 calamari fritti. Quando chiediamo il conto ci viene detta una cifra enorme (200 euro),ma avevamo sbagliato tavolo,per fortuna ci siamo accorti dell’errore.

Lage Lage Lage, aber auch der Service! Einfach gut! Natürlich nicht ganz günstig aber dafür bekommt man was man erwarten darf!!!! Den Unterschied macht wie immer das Personal. Einfach gut geführt von Antonio! Es gibt viele tolle Plätze auf Capri. Aber Da Gioia ist unser place to feel umarmt! Danke für so viel Aufmerksamkeit. Un abbracio forte. Marc und Caroline

Schönes Restaurant am Wasser

Auch hier ignoriere ich das Preisniveau bei meiner Bewertung, da inseltypisch völlig drüber. Schöne Location mit gutem Essen. Einen ganzen Strandtag würde ich hier nicht verbringen wollen (das gilt aber für alle Strandbäder auf Capri), als Lunch-Spot aber empfehlenswert.

Great location at Marina Piccolo. A bit on the pricey side, e.g.€26 for an Aperol Spritz is stiff, but probably what to expect at Capri in July. Service was good and personnel was friendly and helpful. We did not have a reservation, but they were helpful in giving us a good spot for the day. Not too good at following up during the day, and the lunch started out with approx 20 min waiting before we got service. That was a drawback. However, lunch dishes were great and not the typical «beach club quality». Music was a bit loud during parts of the day, but that also depends on preferences. Facilities were clean and seemed to be not too old. I would rate them between 4 and 5, but compared to other beach clubs we visited at Capri I’m inclined to give 5 in rating. We would come back. PS: The beach is rocky, so may be comfortable to use bathing shoes.
