Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel, sehr freundliche Angestellte. Aber für 5 Sterne ist es einfach nicht gut genug. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr spärlich. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es noch nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine und das für 820,- Euro pro Nacht. Im Restaurant ist es sehr hell und ungemütlich.

This hotel seemed perfect for us and we had booked a room, so happy to celebrate our wedding anniversary there. The thing is that communication with them has been the most insulting and terrible we ever had since we travel in 30 years. This is what happened : I sent an email asking for the price of a private boat transfer. I received a quotation of 1400 euros and a few days later they told me that price had increased by 400 euros. I therefore asked them to contact the boat company because this was not very serious to change rates. Then the hotel staff (named Nicolas) sent me a message with explanation marks saying that the difference was so small. I therefore replied that it was not a small difference to me but he was so rude in his tone that I asked him if I should consider to cancel my reservation. And guess what ? His answer was yes do cancel ! So to the management of the hotel and their owners (to whom I will also write) : If that is the way you think hospitality should look like when you charge 1500 euros per night well… you should seriously consider a job change. There are plenty beautiful hotels in Capri who will certainly be happy to welcome new guests and who will not treat them like you do. The good is that I prefer to have experienced this well enough in advance as all the service they tried to give me during the reservation process was terrible : took weeks to get a reply, restaurants recommended did not have any description. It seemed all the way that they just did not care about their guests.

Nos encantó esta propiedad por varias razones. La ubicación es perfecta: a solo 5 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad y del distrito comercial, en un paseo pintoresco. Nuestra habitación fue fantástica, con un diseño amplio y renovado, y vistas al mar que quitaban el aliento. Luigi, nuestro anfitrión, realmente destacó; hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos, desde la reserva de los billetes de ferry hasta gestionar el traslado de nuestro equipaje al puerto. Su amabilidad y generosidad hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera excepcional. Las bebidas eran excelentes, y la vista del bar hacia las montañas de Capri era simplemente impresionante. Este hotel merece realmente 6 estrellas. ¡No busques en otro lado, hemos hecho la investigación por ti!

Iniciamos nossa Lua de Mel nesse belíssimo hotel, super bem cuidado, romântico e com uma vista espetacular (ficamos no quarto 63 que dava vista para mar e ilha). O atendimento do Sr. Roberto teve um destaque especial, chegamos cansados da viagem e tivemos a feliz surpresa de que, por conta da Lua de Mel eles fizeram um upgrade em nossa reserva (que inicialmente era com vista para jardim - já era ótimo ficou melhor). Quarto super limpo, amplo, um lavabo com chuveiro, um banheiro com banheira - bidê e mais um chuveiro, dois sofás, cama macia, lençois brancos super confortáveis e macios. O menu do jantar conta com saladas, peixe, carne, massas dentre outras coisas. A média de valores é EUR 40 por prato. Todos do hotel são muito amáveis e prestativos, bem dispostos a ajudar e tirar dúvidas. Para trazer as malas grades da marina até o hotel há um custo de EUR 18,00 por mala (tanto na chegada quanto na saída) este é um valor que não é possível evitar, visto que no funicular não é permitido entrar com mala grande. Acho que sabendo desta difuldade o hotel poderia disponibilizar este serviço em forma de cortesia para os hóspedes (ao menos em baixa temporada).
