Location spettacolare e la cosa bella è che regna un silenzio perfetto. Qui davvero ci si può rilassare e tutto è perfetto. Ottimo ristorante: la pasta è buonissima, sopratutto la nerano e gli spaghetti alla "chiummenzana". Il personale è simpatico e la pulizia è ad un livello ottimale Bravi

It’s not a good option in Capri

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. Due to a booking issue, we were charged an extra €200 for a third bed which turned out to be just a sofa bed, not an actual upgrade as we had been led to believe. This felt misleading, especially after being told it was an upgrade in room type. The shower was also a letdown. The water pressure was extremely low, and even after we reported it to the front desk, nothing changed during our stay. Our room was advertised as having a full sea view, but in reality, it was only a partial view with two large trees blocking a good portion of it. To top it off, we were charged €5 for losing one of the spare room keys. While we understand the policy, it felt excessive after everything else. One positive side: the pool area is lovely, very clean and relaxing. The hotel’s restaurant was actually a highlight, great food and good service. Lastly, the location is further from the main area than expected. All in all, a disappointing experience for the price we paid. There are definitely better options in the area.

Location molto bella, con piscina e vista mare. Il ristorante è ottimo, il servizio anche. Consiglio gli spaghetti alla Nerano. Antonio e Giacomo molto disponibili e gentili. Sono stato più volte e ci ritorneró sicuramente.

Hotel meraviglioso, stanze vista mare, piscina bellissima e soleggiata, prodotti da bagno Carthusia , ristorante a bordo piscina ottimo...ci ritorneremo l'anno prossimo sicuramente
