Best hotel experience in Capri

We have stayed in 4 different hotels in Capri and this has been our best experience. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. From the pool to the bar where all the drinks were made to perfection breakfast was amazing with the chef making delicious pasties daily Great pool and location Overall best hotel experience so far in Capri

This is a beautiful place to stay in Capri. I actually don’t think the photos do the hotel justice- we stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath room, it was beautiful- even better than the pics- and the patio was the cherry on top. Spectacular. Comfortable and beautiful rooms. View from patio is out of this world. The issues raised in other reviews were the same for us- wifi problems and loud parties at night, but the hotel did their best to make it right when we brought it up to them so I’m not taking away a star. Breakfast was lovely, served in a beautiful setting, location of this hotel is wonderfully central, a lot of things walkable, we used their baggage service to and from the port and it was extremely helpful and made the coming and going very stress free. Of note, if you use the bag service, you really do not need to take a cab from the port. The funicular is so easy and will get you to the same place the cab will. The concierge helped us set up a few reservations in advance. Overall this is a great option for Capri.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Beautiful views and the room we had was surreal. Food and drinks are amazing! Right in the ex there if everything. The pool is breathtaking. I would definitely go back. Everything at this hotel is so worth it!

Mamela is a lovely hotel. It has great views and is very well located. Near the center of town but in a quiet area. Very helpful front desk staff. Maria in particular was awesome in helping with reservations and advice. Would definitely stay there again next time I vist Capri.
