Hotel Mamela

The hotel was truly beautiful, rooms, pool and restaurant but really made the difference is the incredible staff and services. We really felt at home and loved it so much that we came back after 3 weeks for a shorter stay!

L’hotel Mamela si conferma ancora una volta la struttura migliore. Colazione, posizione e pulizia sono impeccabili. La piscina è sicuramente la più bella dell’isola, sia per dimensioni che per tipologia. La cosa più importante però, resta la qualità del servizio. Qui, oltre che a grandi professionisti pronti a tutto per rendere il soggiorno speciale, ci sono persone di cuore che grazie al loro sorriso sincero, ti accompagnano in ogni momento e ti fanno sentire a casa. La differenza tra questa e mille altre strutture di lusso è proprio questa; poter essere circondati dall’eleganza e dalla cura nei dettagli ma nel rispetto del calore umano. Un grande ringraziamento a tutto il meraviglioso Team piscina Shameer, Jose, Vincenzo e Guido. Grazie al Team delle colazioni con un abbraccio speciale per Sabrina e Era. Un grazie generale a tutte le persone che lavorano con passione e impegno in questa struttura. Grazie anche alla proprietà che ogni hanno garantisce la qualità degli spazi e dei servizi. Ma il grazie più grande va a Maria Rosaria, Francesco e Marcello, che anche quest’anno ci hanno permesso di vivere un sogno. This was our first time visiting Capri and after a lot of research we chose Hotel Mamela for our four night stay. Breakfast is included with the rate and it is an excellent breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the hotel quite charming. The staff is excellent as well. All of the outlets in the hotel are Italy Type L. Walking out of the hotel you are not far from the central pizzaa, shops and restaurants. If you are staying at Hotel Mamela please note it is a ten minute walk from where the taxi will drop you off. As it can be quite hilly you may want to enquire about their baggage service, though to take the taxi back to the port you do have to walk the ten minutes with your bags. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is great. Nice rooms and common areas. BUT, two issues that they actually have to resolve: 1. WiFi: is straight up doesn’t work. We went two days without WiFi 2. Hot water: water is warm at best, but doesn’t not get hot Those issues really need to be fixed. Unacceptable for a nice hotel to have no WiFi or hot water.
