You may arrive whenever you like, but please do so before 12:30 PM.
RESTAURANT RESERVATION (optional): if you wish to have lunch at the restaurant, you can indicate this in the message field. Reservations can be made at 1 pm or 3 pm.
Sun loungers and/or restaurant tables may be set up on any terrace.
We will try our best to accommodate your preferences indicated on your reservation, subject to availability.
No changes to sun lounger positions are allowed after placement has been assigned.
GUESTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The terrain makes access to the Lido challenging for guests with limited mobility. Please contact us to arrange everything you need for easy access to our location.
MULTIPLE DAYS
For multiple-day bookings, please submit a separate reservation request for each day.

Dogs are not allowed inside the facility.

Shameful experience. Three of us ordered a dish with caviar and we found ourselves presented with simple butter pasta, an ingredient not even listed on the menu. I cannot eat butter and find it very serious to add undeclared ingredients.
We complained and at the cash register they did not even have the decency to acknowledge the mistake or offer a symbolic discount. Terrible food, worse service. Absolutely not recommended.

Luckily I only stopped for lunch at the restaurant. Bad experience: inadequate staff (to be solicited several times because either I forgot to serve you or they were wrong dish or wine), poor dishes with pretentious description (the worst risotto I have ever eaten), long waiting times (guests arrived after us finished before us with the same number of courses). Although they have repeatedly apologized (the maitre and the waitress, but not the owner) for the service and the long wait, of course they did not think to apologize with a small discount on the lunch bill, which is also excessive.

Structure with a location among the most beautiful in the world. Room bathroom the most horrible in the world stopped at the seventies ... All to be redone. Friendly and professional courteous staff .Price absolutely not justifiable. Avoid until there is renovation. I see that for some time now reviews have been calling for it, but I didn't think so much .. it would be better not to sell these rooms and keep only the bathing establishment ....

Lovely place, large and well-kept structure, offers a view of the stacks with a large and tasty breakfast, also you find them the lady assumed, with a very kind and super helpful heart
