Capri by private gozzo: half day or full day

Our boat trip was a real luxury treat. We went from Capri to Amalfi passing Positano and Praiano, had a wonderful walk and lunch on Amalfi and went back to Capri. On our way back we went through the Faraglioni rocks with the boat and passed by the home from Tiberius. Our Captain Gianluca is a delight and a very skilled sailor. We were lucky to be the only one doing sightseeings on a very sunny day due to lowseason time. On our next trip we will definitely do this boattrip again, what a wonderful luxurious day we were able to have❤️

This company is a scam. I booked a private speedboat for a 7 hour tour where I was picked up on capri and paid an extra 500 euros to be dropped off in Positano. I exchanged emails with Danilo who worked with the company to explicitly confirm the drop off was at the end of the 7 hour reservation. The boat was nice and we had a captain and assistant. We met the boat at 11:30am, first we went to the blue grotto. We waited 45 minutes to go in and then took the boat around the back of the island to swim in two spots including the turquoise grotto. It was absolutely lovely and a very nice time. Next we went to Conca del Sogno for lunch. We got back on the boat around 4:30pm and headed towards Positano. At 5pm, we approach Positano. The captain offered us a photo as a smaller boat pulled up to pick us up. I was confused as we were supposed to have the boat for 7 hours and be dropped off in Positano. The captain told us he had a nice time and wished us well. Confused since we had an hour and a half left in our 7hr window. I went to the captain and showed him our contract and said what is going on, we have the boat for another 90 minutes. He told me it was company policy to drop people off an hour early (NOT 90 mins EARLY) as the boat had to be returned to capri by the end of the rental. NEVER BEFORE was this mentioned. WHY would I PAY EXTRA FOR LESS time on the boat?????????? The captain said if he didn't drop us off that we would get charged extra. Given we were tourists we stayed until 5:15pm as they continued to try and get rid of us and finally decided to leave as they had ruined our experience. We then emailed Danilo and requested a refund since THEY LIED TO US about the drop off and CUT OUR TIME SHORT. He replied that it was fine since we got a free upgrade since nobody booked the nicer boat that day. When we said they did not fulfill the 7hrs he just never responded. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
