Lido del Faro Beach Club Entrance

Fantastic place. After a bit of a taxi ride we arrived at the beach club. The setting is in a small bay that is roped off with crystal clear water. There are a couple of categories of beach bed. The price difference is not big, so i would recommend going for the premium. The staff are friendly and attentive, shoutout to Gianluca. Food is excellent, amongst the better we have had in our week in capri. Reasonable (for capri) prices and a decent wine selection. To get back either take the bus to Anacapri or ask the restaurant to order a taxi for you, theer are none waiting at the parking. Sunset is stunning and you have sun all day. So if you are inclined you can stay until 8 pm and watch the sunset. Reservations are probably essential here in high season.

After looking at all the beach club options (and being slightly overwhelmed) we selected this one and are so happy we did! We chose this one because it was close to Anacapri (where we were staying), had a pool (our daughter does not like swimming in the ocean) and gets the afternoon sun and the sunset. We also chose it because it is more local and less "instagram famous" which we prefer. The service was wonderful, the swimming (both in the pool and in the Med) was fantastic, and the food was delicious. It has great wifi and a cool playlist. Our family (mom, dad, 13 year old daughter and 11 year old son) all had an incredible day there. TIPS: We got the most expensive chairs in the purple zone, but if we went back, I'd get the price point down in the blue zone simply because the loungers have the backs that lift up. The loungers in the purple zone have a pillow instead of backs that lift up. The loungers in the less expensive zones do not have cushions. It was a 30 euro cab ride each way from Anacapri (our hotel said it would be 20 euro so maybe you will get a better deal than we did).

Tutto molto buono , cibo eccellente ma la cosa più buona in assoluto erano i dessert , da assaggiare tutti , veramente pazzesco.

Come da titolo. Provato sempre con soddisfazione negli anni. La location la devi conoscere perché per raggiungerla ci vuole un pochino (sia in taxi o col bus pubblico) ma ne vale la pena sia per la posizione, per il cibo ed anche per il personale sempre professionale ed accudente ( un saluto a Raffaele simpaticissimo “baffone”). Valida la struttura sia come inserimento (non invasivo) nel contesto naturale. Disponibili sia posti all’interno che all’esterno nonché un grande solarium ideale per un dopo pranzo! Materia prima sempre doc! Sopratutto il pesce e le verdure locali. Pietanze ben cucinate e presentate. Prezzo adeguato ad esperienza culinaria , servizio e location (50/60 euro a testa oltre il bere). Un’esperienza che consiglio senza riserve.
