We used Capitano Ago for our boat tour to Amalfi Coast and Positano, and the hiking tour for Positano's Path oh the gods. Those were both amazing tours, the staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped us in getting a taxi to the ferry on our last day in Sorrento. I highly recommend.

A very charming and reasonably priced 1 hour cruise along the Sorrento coastline in a beautiful small, traditional boat. Our skipper, Luigi, was our knowledgeable English speaking guide. His warmth and friendliness made us feel very welcome. An excellent trip.

My husband, 14 yo son, & I did the Capri day trip tour and are so happy we went with Capitano Ago. The captain & skipper pointed out historical spots like the first Roman port onto Capri Island and celebrity hot spots like Armani’s villa. After spending 4 hours on the island exploring, we got back on the boat and visited the green & blue grotto and stopped to relax and swim if we wanted. It wasn’t the right time of year to go into the blue grotto and the water was still quite cold, but my son & one other adventurous woman jumped in to the clear blue water for a quick dip while we enjoyed drinks and snacks on board. There’s a bathroom on board should you need it as well as room to store some bags (we brought rain coats and towels in case we needed them) so you don’t have to carry everything onto the island. The group was small - a total of 11 people and the boat didn’t feel crowded at all. It was a very relaxing day overall. I would recommend it to anyone that wants some time on the water but still wants to explore more than just Sorrento.
Unforgettable experience for a solo traveler!

Had an unforgettable day trip with Capitano Ago! Agostino and Carolina were kind, funny, helpful, and fabulous in every way, and really made the experience absolutely amazing. I traveled solo and felt completely welcome and taken care of. Communications about the dropoff/pickup were clear, as well as the pricing for the landing and blue grotto fees. Agostino and Carolina gave great advice about activities and food once we arrived to Capri, and had interesting insights about all the beautiful sights we passed while sailing. Seriously one of the best days ever -- the highlight of my 3 day Sorrento trip. I cannot recommend Capitano Ago enough!
