Is the Blue Grotto visit included in the tour?
The visit to the Blue Grotto is optional and is only included in tours lasting 3 to 6 hours. The entrance ticket is not included and is paid on site. Access is never guaranteed; the grotto closes when waves are high or winds are strong, and conditions can shift multiple times in a single day. During high season, waiting times can reach up to 2 hours.
What are the cancellation terms?
The full cost of the service is charged at the time of booking. Free cancellation is available up to 4 full days before the tour's scheduled start time (local time). After that cutoff, 100% of the cost is non-refundable. The voucher is accepted both digitally and as a printed copy.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?
If sea conditions make departure impossible, the booking is canceled with no penalty or rescheduled if possible, depending on availability.
Is there a toilet on board?
No, the traditional Capri gozzo used for this tour does not have a toilet on board.
Is hotel pickup included in the tour?
No, the service does not include transfer from your hotel to the port. The meeting point is in Marina Grande, Piazza Angelo Ferraro 6, reachable on foot from the ferry and hydrofoil docks, or by taxi, bus, or funicular.
Can you bring luggage on board during the tour?
No, luggage is not allowed on board. Guests arriving in Capri with suitcases or large bags can leave them at the paid luggage storage facilities available at Marina Grande port. It's best to drop off your bags before heading to the meeting point, bringing only what you need for the time on the water.
