My friend and I booked this tour a few months ago and attended in early June. The weather was great, the sites were beautiful and there was plenty of time to do each activity. The service was incredible as well. The guides were knowledgeable about the area, kind, and attentive. The guides especially handled a situation with a dissatisfied customer (whom misunderstood the tour they had booked) very well without letting it impact the experience of others! Overall, a great trip. Already thinking about booking my next trip!

What an amazing Tour! Highly recommend to go around and swim ! Was a little cold at first but was so refreshing. Showed us a few spots and was very accommodating. Captain Antonio recommended a place to stop to eat Maria Grazia in Nerano. Was fantastic!!!

Complaint Regarding Misleading Tour Booked via Booking.com

I booked a tour via Booking.com for nearly $200 per person, specifically because it included a visit to the Blue Grotto. However, the tour did not take us there — the guide only pointed at it from 2 km away, saying it was too crowded to visit. This was extremely disappointing, as the Blue Grotto was the main reason we paid extra. At our hotel, a similar tour was offered for only €65, with the same activities (minus the promised Blue Grotto). We feel misled and overcharged and would appreciate your support in reviewing this issue and arranging fair compensation. Thank you.
