Cancellations between 7 and 2 days before the service: penalty of 50% of the amount paid
Cancellations from 2 days before the service and no show: full amount charged.
In the event of adverse marine weather conditions, not sufficient to guarantee safety on board (at the discretion of the Captain or the Company), you will be fully refunded or, alternatively, you will have the possibility to reschedule the service to the first available date.
